Ways to Use Breaking to Improve Your Mental Health

This week, I wanted to talk about mental health and the role breaking has to play in it.

It’s one of those things that never gets talked about, but I’m not afraid to admit that depression and anxiety have affected me and some of that was because of breaking.

But how did breaking become something that caused stress and anxiety in my life?

It shouldn’t be that way, and it wasn’t always. That’s why I think we can actually use breaking as a tool to improve our mental health.

We just need to remind ourselves of the real reasons why we dance in the first place – more on that in today’s Knowledge Drop.
