    I believe you’re stretching your triceps.
    Regarding stretching, I’m a believer in it post-workout; although, the jury’s still out on whether or not it prevents DOMS. Def good for calming down after pracky though 🙂 And idk if you lose motor control after 10-20 s of static stretching…
