lesson 1: How to Train like the best by practicing less

In this video, I show you how it’s possible to break at a high level and win battles without having to spend hours and hours like the pros. Inside, I share the story behind why everyone hated practicing with Flow Mo, how long my average practice session today is, and how I practiced with Hat Solo for Circle Kingz.

I think this is one of the best suggestion for a bboy/bgirl for different reasons. For example, from a physiological, psychological, and biomechanics perspective, breaking is a highly stressful discipline. Thus, decreasing the time under stress means reducing the whole stress for our organism, which in turn improves performance, reduces the period necessary to recover, and decreases the risk of injury, ultimately increasing longevity. Then, practicing for 45/60min per day allows us to practice even every day, stay focus all the time without distraction (because of the less mental effort required), and so on and so forth. Finally, but equally important, practicing less in a training session but more often during the week allows us to also follow other interests/life projects we have in your life.

Super suggestion which I share with pleasure with my community!

Quality > quantity…word up. Listening to the body is #1, no point in pushing myself to feel the vibe until itโ€™s there…but the intention of really showing up and putting in work is the other half of the battle ๐Ÿ‘Œ great video

  22. Avatar Dee Qu says:

@focus I have a question concerning that, what do u think about making 2 parts of the training session? One at the morning and the other on the evening or night? Is it still efficient like the whole 45 min session?

What are your thoughts?
