Awesome information! I’m always wondering if natural sources of light like the moon or fire from burning logs would help with sleep. I can imagine a long time ago, cavemen or nomads who live in tents would have these light sources at night. So I would assume the affect is different (or opposes) that of blue light or bright artificial light. This is just my 2cents but would love to hear your thoughts.

I am totally agree with u but by experience I learned to adapt to any situation and sleep deeply even if it is not the good quality sleep it should be. I am afraid to say that there is no perfect situation to sleep well I mean practically when I travel or I go to a friend’s home or in a hotel. I can not always have all the ideal conditions to sleep and recover proprely! Thanks for all those advices Jussi ๐
