    Thank you so much for this info, Focus. I think I got it all written down! For Step 6, you sad that you came up with something called the Hundred (I think), and you mentioned sprints and heat training. What are those things? By sprinting, do you mean actual running or doing fast practice rounds/drills, like you’re doing them at a sprint to build stamina? And by heat, do you mean heating pads, sauna, etc.? And I won’t even guess about the Hundred because I have no idea what that means! I’d appreciate any insight you can share on those things. Kiiti!!
