I love this Focus! I’m 38, been breaking for almost 19 years and I love the freedom. What keeps me going is the love of movement. I’ve recently started practicing yoga and it’s helping me in my breaking. Just trying to continue to develop and get to a place where I feel as fluid as possible with my dance. I love being on my hands, ie. handstands, and wanting to be battle prepared ready to exchange with other individuals at any time. Thanks for the video brutha!
