Despite breakdancing being one of the coolest dance styles on the planet … it also looks the hardest.
You got guys spinning on their heads, hands, elbows, you name it! It just doesn’t seem possible.
Is it realistic to think you can do any of these moves?
Yes, 100%….
If you do it the right way.

But how do I know that you can learn this insane dance style?
Because I learned how to do it… and then mastered a teaching method that allows anyone to learn how too.
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Beast Boogie, and I’ve been breaking for the last 28 years.
I still remember the day… I was just a regular scrawny kid walking down the street, when I saw my first “windmill”, only I didn’t know it was called that at the time.
All I knew was that I wanted to be able to spin like that, so I could show off to my friends at school.
After countless brutal hours, bruises, and bloody shoulders later… I finally got it.
And I’ve been hooked ever since. There’s nothing quite like nailing a move that looks so impossible.
But the way I did it was probably the absolute worst way to have learned it.
There had to be a better way to learn… and I was determined to figure it out, because I wanted as many people as possible to know that same feeling of flying with your body!
I got a little obsessed.
I taught my first class 15 years ago, and have been refining my method ever since.
I’ve taught over 100 000 people all over the world, and taught millions online how to breakdance.
I’ve tracked their journeys, studied their progress, experimented with different “formulas”, and there were 3 mistakes I always saw people making over and over again:
1. They try the hardest moves first
I don’t blame them, I suffered through the same mistake. I’ve sadly seen too many people give up because they kept flopping out of the hardest moves like a sack of potatoes. Nothing kills passion more than frustration.
2. They don’t get the right teacher
I learned more from my first teacher in 1 year than what I tried to teach myself in 4-5 years. And while nowadays there’s tons of tutorials online… It’s a total mess trying to sort through which ones are legit and which ones are junk.
3. They think they need a crazy workout routine to get enough strength to do the moves
While you need strength to hit the biggest and hardest moves, beginners who work out while learning to break get too tired and sore to practice the moves. Practice is the most important thing to do for beginners, and if you’re learning the right moves at the beginning, then you won’t need any strength.
No matter how excited someone is at the beginning of their journey, without the right roadmap, everyone almost always learns the wrong things at the wrong time and ends up lost forever.
But lucky for you… you’re on the right page.
Because you’re about to get the result of 15 years of testing what works and what doesn’t across 1000s of different students.
For the first time ever, I’m sharing the exact step-by-step formula you need to effortlessly learn how to breakdance in the right way without getting injured.
Introducing…
I’ve designed this course from the ground up giving you the exact moves you need to learn and the order to learn them.
If I were to forget everything I knew about breakdancing tomorrow, this is exactly what I would follow to get back to where I am today.
Divided into 4 modules, the course takes you from knowing nothing at all and feeling like you have 2 left feet, into a spinning demon that’ll impress everyone at your next party.
Here’s why this course is so different from any other approach out there.
1. We start with the basics.
And by basics, I mean the basics of moving. Let’s face it. In this age of phones and TV, screen time’s skyrocketed while people spend less and less time moving their bodies. You’re going to learn the moves that I’ve discovered make learning breakdance way easier for beginners.
2. Carefully designed, step by step progressions.
You don’t start learning moves until you’re ready for them. I’ve used my 15 years of teaching 1000s of students to design a progression of movements that ensure you make that continual (and addictive!) progress that builds you up towards harder and harder moves. You build your strength and flexibility naturally through the moves you learn, without any complicated workout programs.
3. A teacher and community to back you up.
By joining Fundamental Flows, you become a part of the B-Boy & B-Girl Dojo fam and global community. You’ll be able to rub shoulders with real breakers from 150 different countries. You’ll be able to share with other people motivated to learn with you, and I’m always an email away to help you with any challenges you’re facing.
But does age matter?
No it doesn’t. A lot of people think if they’re 25 years old, it’s too late to start. Like “strength”, age doesn’t matter as long as you follow the progressions in the course.
Here we build your basic balance, coordination, and body control.
Once you’ve mastered the basics of acrobatic movement, you’ll get your first breakdance moves much more easily.
After you get your basics down, you move onto more advanced toprock, footwork, freezes, and your first basic powermove.
Once you’ve mastered the moves in modules 1-3, you’ll be ready for the moves that everyone wants to learn.
