Make them go “Woah, how did he get into that?” … even with old or basic moves

Discover the secret to a timeless style by mastering your transitions and freezes with B-Boy RoxRite.

OR SCROLL DOWN TO LEARN MORE…

There were 2 years of my breaking where I hated everything I did.

I felt lost.

What I wanted (and maybe you’re looking for this too), was to find my own style, be able to express freely in the music, and make a name for myself in the battle scene.

But I was stuck repeating the same basic hook step. I spent hours at practice feeling uninspired. Nothing flowed well.

I studied my footage, trying to figure out “what happened to me?”.

Then finally … I figured out what was missing.

And that’s when everything changed.

I went back to what I was innovating on before I got stuck – freezes and transitions.

And that was the start of a new era in my breaking.

Me in 2002, right after my big realization

20 years later, after becoming the first to win 100 international battles… here I am now, giving you a chance to learn how you can repeat less, become more free in your breaking, and develop a flow so tight, no one will notice your crashes.

Because for the first time ever, I’m breaking down my complete original formula for how I’ve developed and evolved my freezes and transitions.

But why am I so obsessed about transitions and freezes?

It’s because the secret to a timeless style… is in the transitions.

The way I see it, how you transition in and out of a move can completely change the impact that move has.

In other words, I was wasting the full potential of my moves … because I didn’t know how to get in and out of them properly.

And it’s the same with freezes.

A well-placed freeze can make certain moments stand out, and have a powerful impact on the way your movement looks.

So basically…

You can have the same moves you’ve always been doing…

Even moves that you think are hella wack …

And make them look and feel new, just by switching up how you transition into it, or by hitting the right freeze combo after.

But the tricky thing about transitions is that most of them don’t have names.

That makes them harder to teach and learn, and people don’t realize that they need to learn them.

The freeze concepts I know and have developed aren’t common knowledge either.

Which is why I’ve been working with the B-Boy & B-Girl Dojo team to create my new course:

“Freezes & Transitions Perfected”

Everything that you’ll learn in the course, I’ve used in my 20+ year long career to win the biggest battles like Freestyle Session, Red Bull BC One, Outbreak, UK B-Boy Champs, Circle Industry and Undisputed.

I walk you through the fundamental skills that you need, all the way to the concepts that made my flow look flawless on a world stage – even if I made mistakes.

And the best part? You get access to all the lessons for life, and it’ll cost you less than $300.

That means you don’t need to take notes or worry about forgetting something, because it’s always there for you.

Unlike at a workshop, where you only have a couple hours with me before I’m gone.

And even at a workshop, I couldn’t go through everything that you’ll get with the course.

Here’s how it’ll go down

I take you through the basics of transitions first to make sure you’re ready for the more advanced material:

  • Basic transitions that use your head and shoulders
  • How to use different rolls to control your weight and momentum
  • Using back control to master balance without your feet on the ground

Then we level it up:

  • How to use the idea of falling to your advantage so that everything connects
  • How to make freeze transitions easier – even between floor freezes to handstand position
  • How to use your powermove combos as a transition
  • A powerful exercise and mindset to practice your flow to apply all the transitions that you learned
  • How to avoid doing your default resets, and look dynamic without relying on powermoves

Then we go through freeze fundamentals:

  • How to understand and use your freezes
  • How to practice your freeze musicality
  • The history of how people used freezes in breaking
  • The proper technique to master the foundational freezes of breaking
  • An exercise to help you move with your freezes in a completely new way
  • Develop dynamic drops with your freezes
  • 2 exercises to develop control in your movement and freezes

And then we level that up too:

  • A simple concept (that’s helped define my style ) to make your strongest freezes even stronger
  • An easy way to evolve your existing freeze combos and stacks
  • How to use freezes to make your breaking look more dynamic
  • How to stand out with your freezes
  • How to develop your freeze stacks beyond what everyone else does at practice
  • How I come up with new freezes, and use them to deepen my flow

I’m so excited just reading this out myself as I write this.

Freezes & Transitions Perfected is my life’s work, and I finally get to share it all with you.

Learning these secrets to the freeze and transition game is going to seriously upgrade your style to a world-class level, and help you win bigger battles.

So what’s the damage?

I didn’t want to make this course free.

Because if I did that, 85% of you would watch a few videos the first day, then go to bed and forget it ever existed.

Compared to someone who pays for a class – they show up, because they’re serious.

What I’m after are students who are serious about transforming their dance: the kind of students who believe that their dance is worth at least $280 to them (in case you didn’t get it, the course is $280).

And for 1 week only, Focus was nice enough to throw in a special bonus of his to sweeten the pot, the 14 Styles of Footwork, a $65 value, for FREE.

In this course, you’ll discover the secret behind footwork styles that’ll give you an unlimited arsenal. And you’ll get it for free if you join Freezes and Transitions Perfected this week.

So if you’ve been feeling stuck with how well you do at battles or cyphers… getting in now is going to change all of that.

Because nowadays, if you want to compete with the heavy hitters, you can’t just think about crazy moves.

How you flow in and out of them matters even more.

That means working on your transitions.

You want to flow between all your moves, hit all the levels, and nail your freezes in a way that’s unique and gets you remembered.

And that’s what a lot of people are missing.

People drill moves, but how many drill their transitions or their freezes?

So by getting serious with your freezes and transitions now…

You’re setting yourself up to take the cake a year from now… when people are going to see YOU dance and be like “woah, how’d they do that?”

“Everything too much super dope... 🙏 Thank you for making such a good thing 🙇🏻‍♂️ ”

— B-Boy Sio, Japan

“I had a good understanding of each of the elements individually - musicality, toprock, footwork, godowns, but putting everything together was still my biggest challenge. The course made it a lot easier to fuse everything together, and now instead of 'how do I do it', it’s about how deep I want to go.”

— B-Boy Synthesize, Los Angeles

“RoxRite is how I really got into the freeze game. I was like, Wow, this is something original, and I felt like it was really dancing with the freezes. It makes a lot of stuff that I struggled with before easier, even stuff that's not necessarily in the course. Even if the course was way more expensive, I would have still gotten it.”

— Paul, Germany

“The transitions have really made my footwork a lot more dynamic instead of really really basic. There’s a million tutorials on how to do basic footwork moves, but not on how to get in and out of them. So it was really refreshing. You can watch these videos and pretty fast, you add a lot more to your arsenal. This is my 3rd Dojo course and it's one of my favourites.”

— Nick, USA

“Even after breaking for 20+ years, going through this course gave me a new perspective on breaking again. There are things in there that made me feel like a beginner again. I'm feeling inspired after it. Nobody ever broke down transitions and freezes to this level of detail.”

— B-Boy Focus, Flow Mo Crew
