I hope you’re all doing ok thus far. I know in Finland, we’ve started to lift some of emergency restrictions, but not everything is open still.
Which means that we’re still stuck at home if we want to practice. But that’s doesn’t have to be a bad thing.
Last week, we worked on controlling our movements in a small space. This week, we can use our homes as a distraction-free zone to help us create using the 10x method that I learned from one of my first mentors, b-boy Quake. It’s really simple, but it works.
